Big Strategy Builder™
A more comprehensive three-month process that includes one-on-one structured interviews with up to 5 key team members, two onsite facilitated team strategy sessions, independent research & analysis and consulting/coaching sessions with the CEO. Deliverables: A strategic plan including a Big Strategy Statement, SWOT analysis, mission, key objectives & strategies and implementation plans.
